Nomination procedure for Erasmus+ incoming students
Students who wish to apply for the Erasmus+ exchange program should at first contact their home university exchange coordinator to check whether a bilateral agreement with Juraj Dobrila University of Pula has been concluded and if the proposed programme of studies will be approved. Nomination needs to include the following data:
- student's full name
- e-mail address
- semester of planned mobility
- study field
- level of studies at the moment of mobility.
Office for Partnership and Projects will send the decision about acceptance of the nominated student 4 weeks after the nomination deadline closure. Student is obligated to send following documents by email to Office for Partnership and Projects:
- Erasmus Student Application form- to Office for Partnership and Projects
- Learning Agreement – to ECTS (academic) coordinator.
The Juraj Dobrila University of Pula requires that the student have sufficient language skills (reading, writing and speaking) equivalent to level B2 on CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) scale.
Application procedure for Erasmus+ incoming students
Erasmus students selected by their home universities to spend their Erasmus study period at the Juraj Dobrila University of Pula need to prepare the following documents:
- Erasmus Student Application form
- Learning Agreement (students can use either our Learning Agreement form or the form of their home university)
- Transcript of Records issued by their home university.
- Copy of valid Passport / ID card
Completed Erasmus Student Application form, Learning Agreement and Transcript of Records need to be duly signed and stamped by home university.
We recommend that you first send us the list of courses you plan to attend and upon confirmation fill out LA, in order to avoid multiple changes.
Once you have all the documents in place, a scanned copy of each need to be sent to the e-mail address:
Students are requested to present the original documents upon arrival to the Juraj Dobrila University of Pula.
The International Relations Office will send the Application form and Learning Agreement to the Faculty coordinator at the University of Pula. If the student is accepted, International Relations Office will send an Acceptance Letter and confirmed Learning Agreement to the student and to the student's home university.
